Motorcyclist suffers injuries to back, leg, and ankle from being struck by concrete truck.
Obtained a policy limits settlement for a motorcyclist struck from the rear by a concrete truck while stopped at a red light. Our client underwent lumbar disc surgery, and open reduction with internal fixation (ORIF) of the right fibula (leg). He also had damage to the ligaments of his ankle and residual nerve pain and dysfunction following the surgeries.
