Obtained a policy limits settlement for a client struck by a drunk driver flying through an interstate construction zone at a high rate of speed. The drunk driver failed to maintain a single lane, swerved to miss another vehicle, struck the interstate barrier wall, then slammed into the driver door of our client’s vehicle. She sustained a concussion and neck injury. Fortunately, our client recovered after six months of treatment.
