Our client was hit by a vehicle that failed to yield the right of way. During litigation it was discovered the driver did not have a valid TX driver’s license. Medical care included being transported by ambulance to a hospital from the scene and follow up visits to a neurologist. Diagnostic testing suggested a post-traumatic brain injury. We recovered the full insurance policy limits.
