Our client suffered injuries after being struck by a company van. The motorcyclist was taken by ambulance to the ER where he underwent surgery to his back and leg. After being discharged from the hospital our client underwent several months of physical therapy. The defendant company disputed the driver was operating the van while in the course and scope of employment. A settlement was reached after extensive discovery and depositions.
