Motorcyclist Dies in Friday Evening Crash

According to news reports, the driver of the car involved in the accident was hospitalized as a result of the crash.

March 8, 2019 – 6:30 pm: A motorcyclist was killed and a driver was injured after a crash that took place in northeast Houston on Friday evening. The cause of the accident is still unknown at this time.

The crash took place on the 12500 block of North Lake Houston Parkway, near Beltway 8.

Deputies arrived on the scene shortly after the crash. They report that the driver of the car involved in the crash was making a left turn at the time of the crash. The driver failed to yield to the motorcycle, leading to the crash.

The motorcyclist and the driver were both injured in the crash and taken to the hospital. The motorcyclist died from his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.

Neither the motorcyclist nor the driver has been publicly identified at this time. There is no word at this time on whether or not the surviving driver will face any criminal charges in connection with the accident.

Investigators are still looking into the crash at this time, and more information will be released as it becomes available.
