Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Northern Harris County Crash

According to news reports, the man was traveling with two other motorcyclists at the time of the accident.

February 20, 2019 – 11:15 pm: An unidentified 46-year-old man was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a motorcycle crash that took place on Wednesday night. He was riding between two other motorcyclists at the time of the crash.

The accident took place on the 9500 block of Louetta Road in northwest Harris county. According to deputies from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, the three motorcyclists were headed eastbound at the time of the crash.

The victim “failed to drive in a single lane,” hit the median, and fell off of the motorcycle. Deputies report that speed did not appear to be a contributing factor in the accident.

The man was airlifted to Memorial Hermann hospital. As of 7:58 a.m. on Thursday morning, his condition had not been revealed to the public.

The other two motorcyclists do not appear to have been involved with the accident, and were not injured. The cause of the crash is still under investigation at this time.

The accident is still under investigation, and deputies will release further information as it becomes available.
